Any hit taken that results in loss of health will instantly kill you. Then you will then be taken back to the title screen. The idea of this challenge is to beat the entire game without taking any damage. So upon returning to the title screen delete your file and make a new one. Saving and reseting is allowed.

Things to know:

You can soft reset the game with X + B + Start/Plus on Controller 1.
